I-Stem’s AI-driven task automation agent flips the script on digital accessibility. Instead of asking “How do I navigate this interface?” it answers “What do I need to get done?” Through plain-language chat on the web our agent completes a online task without touching or changing the original UI/UX.

Behind the scenes, it tackles inaccessible websites by parsing page structure, filling out forms, clicking buttons and tracking progress, all through conversation. A user with low vision, for instance, can simply say “Find the best prices on running shoes on Flipkart,” and our agent will get them the best options.

We’ve just launched this task automation feature at agent.istemai.com. It’s already helping people with disabilities handle essential workflows right from their favorite chat app. On the job, it lets employees with motor impairments complete workflows that would normally require a sighted colleague’s help. At home, it brings ecommerce and service portals within easy reach.

But this is only the beginning. Our ultimate vision is to make I-Stem’s conversational agent the go-to accessibility layer for the entire digital world. We’re building toward a future where anyone, regardless of ability, can navigate, learn and work on their own terms simply by talking to a smart assistant.
