Applications are now open for the I-Stem Employment Readiness Fellowship Program 2026, a six-week program designed to support high-potential students and young professionals with disabilities who are interested in building careers in the corporate world.

The fellowship provides individualized career coaching, 1:1 mentoring with an I-Stem core team member, industry mentorship, interview preparation, access to exclusive opportunities, and a community of exceptional fellows. Fellows may also receive recommendations and support for training and certification programs aligned with their goals.

Who can apply

Any university student living in India in the 2026–27 academic year who wants to pursue a professional career in fields such as engineering, management, finance, law, or related areas is eligible to apply.

Application timeline

First-stage applications include an AI-powered interview to learn more about applicants. The last date to apply is July 31, 2026, and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
