We’re proud to announce that I-Stem has been selected as one of the 11 organisations in the Digital Naukri Challenge, a prestigious grant sponsored by Mphasis and powered by The/Nudge Institute.

The selection process was highly competitive, with over 200 organisations applying and we’re honored to make it amongst this inspiring cohort.

This grant marks a significant milestone in our journey. and it supports us in our mission of creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for marginalized communities.

Through this grant, we will scale our accessibility remediation services, a key initiative that not only addresses the digital accessibility gap but also creates livelihood opportunities for women. By training and hiring women to work on accessibility remediation projects, we aim to generate steady income while making the digital world more inclusive.

So far, this initiative has already led to collective earnings of over $100,000 for women involved in the program. With the support of the Digital Naukri Challenge, we’re now ready to scale this effort further and expand our impact.

As we enter the next phase of the challenge, we’re excited to work alongside other innovative organisations to reshape the future of work
